These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voice Notes / Voice Notes CRM application (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Voice Notes provides tools for creating, recording, organizing, and managing voice notes, transcriptions, and client-related data.
Some features of the App are available only through a paid subscription.
Voice Notes offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
